How the move works

  1. Start with a confidential conversation with James, our principal broker and founder.
  2. Bring your current split and fees, and James will walk you through ours.
  3. Complete your onboarding paperwork in person at our Cranston office.
  4. We send your transfer paperwork to your MLS, your Realtor board and the state.
  5. Our designers update your business cards, sign riders, email signature and social media branding.
  6. You update your MLS profile, Google Business Profile, Realtor.com profile and social accounts with our checklist.
